For remodels, we traditionally begin with a 50% deposit, depending on the nature, duration,
and size of the scope of work, to place orders for the necessary materials, and begin assigning and
scheduling the crew. Progress payments might be necessary for larger or multi-stage renovations or
remodeling projects.
